What we collect
- Details you submit in our forms: name, phone, email, location, work experience, preferences and messages.
- Your CV, if you choose to upload one.
- Basic technical information needed to run the website securely (for example, IP address in server logs).
How we use it
- To contact you about vacancies, applications or your manpower requirement.
- To share your profile with prospective employers for roles you have applied for or agreed to be considered for.
- To meet legal obligations, including those under the Emigration Act, 1983.
Your consent and rights
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may withdraw consent, or ask us to access, correct or erase your data, by contacting vichudinesh94@gmail.com.
Storage and retention
Form submissions are stored with our database provider and CVs in secure cloud storage that is not publicly accessible. We keep candidate data only as long as needed for recruitment purposes, or as required by law.
Testimonials and photographs
We publish candidate testimonials and photographs only with the candidate’s permission, and remove them on request.
